    • PURPOSE:To easily execute a progress scheme for construction works by storing operation data indicating the order of works and the number of working days required by each work, controlling a series of works to coincide with the work starting day by each construction zone, and thereby concurrently preparing a progress chart schedule. CONSTITUTION:A progress scheme control device 10 is made up out of a personal computer 12, and of various appliances connected to the input-output port 20 of the personal computer 12. The personal computer 12 is equipped with a CPU 14, a ROM 16, a RAM 18 and the output-input port 20, and these appliances are connected to one another through a bus. Work data is stored, which indicates the order of a series of works common to respective construction zones and the number of working days required by the respective works common to the respective construction zones. Furthermore, the starting days for a series of works are made to coincide with each work starting day for the respective construction zones, and a progress chart schedule is thereby prepared with the number of required work days taken into consideration.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a construction work process plan forming device capable of easily forming an optimum process plan. The formed process plan and the added result of the quantity of resources and the quantity of labor in each prescribed period of each process in the process plan are displayed on a display 28 and the process plan is corrected based on inputted correction data.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate process delay by changing the arrangement positions of equipments and temporary constructions shown in a state figure, and arranging the temporary constructions at a proper position. CONSTITUTION:In the state figure 38 which shows that the equipments and temporary constructions are arranged one over another on the plan of a working site, the temporary constructions 48 and 52 can be changed in arrangement position. Consequently, a process schedule wherein the movement of the temporary constructions is considered can be planned, and the temporary constructions 48 and 52 can easily be moved to proper positions by referring to the state figure 38 so that the temporary constructions do not interfere with the equipments 50 for construction work and the frequency of the movement of the temporary constructions 48 and 52 becomes low. Even when the temporary constructions 48 and 52 are moved actually, the movement positions of the temporary constructions 48 and 52 can easily be grasped by referring to the state figure 38. Consequently, any process delay is caused by the movement of the temporary constructions 48 and 52.
