摘要： PURPOSE:To weaken freezing force of snow so as to remove it with sliding fall by spacedly providing roof parts in recessed and projecting shape on the upper face of a roof in the direction meeting squarely with the gradient direction, and fitting heating bodies for melting snow onto the upper faced of the roof. CONSTITUTION:The upper face of a roof 1 is constituted into a recessed and projecting shape in which roof parts T being along the gradient direction are spacedly arranged in the direction meeting squarely with the gradient direction. A heating body 5 for melting snow is arranged on the bottom of a V-shaped valley between adjoining roof parts T. In this case, the gradient theta2 of a slope 1a from the roof part T to the valley part is made larger than the gradient of the upper face of the roof 1, and hence sliding fall of a snow layer S is begun in state of large freezing force between the snow layer S and the upper face of the roof 1. Sliding fall of the snow layer S on the two slopes 1a of the adjoining roof parts T can be caused even by arranging the heating body 5 on one position of the valley part. Hereby, the equipment is constituted simply and cheaply, and the time after beginning of snow melting to the beginning of sliding fall of the snow layer S can be shortened.
