摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high vertical accuracy at the time of excavation by connecting a cylindrical casing, which is provided with an excavating blade in an upper end and a lower end thereof, to an agitating and excavating shaft, which is provided with a leading cutter at a tip thereof, through arms. SOLUTION: An excavating blade 9, which is mainly formed of a cylindrical casing 9a, is fitted to a lower end of an agitating and excavating shaft 2 by four arms 9b. Each lower end of the casing 9a and the arm 9b is provided with plural downward excavating blades 9a', 9b' for circularly excavating the ground with an equal space. A tip of an excavating and agitating shaft 2 is provided with a leading cutter 5 projected downward lower than the casing 9a. Each upper end of the casing 9a and the arm 9b is provided with upward excavating blades 10, 11 for rotating and excavating the improved soil so as to reduce the pull-up resistance at the time of pulling up the agitating and excavating shaft 2. With this structure, even in the case where an object such as a former improved soil pillar exists, high vertical accuracy is maintained at the time of excavation. Consequently, ground improvement of high quality is realized.
