摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a layer composition of an outer layer made of recycled materials and an inner layer made of virgin materials, reduce a cooling speed of the virgin materials constituting the inner layer during injection molding due to heat insulating effect by the outer layer consisting of the recycled materials, and injection mold the inner layer as thin as possible so that a consumption ratio of the virgin materials is lowered and a consumption ratio of the recycled materials is substantially improved. SOLUTION: A cylindrical outer layer material PO is formed. A thin cavity is formed to form an inner layer material inside of the outer material PO. By injecting a molten virgin resin into the thin cavity, a very thin inner layer material is formed and laminated at the inside of the outer layer material PO by making use of the heat insulation effect of the outer layer material PO.
