    • PURPOSE: To perform hole drilling work or the like smoothly by fitting a blocking sheet with such strength as not to be damaged at least by the pressure of hole drilling water, to the inner peripheral surface of a casing pipe having a check valve device in a discharge hole so as to cover the discharge hole. CONSTITUTION: A ring bit is fitted to the tip of a casing pipe 1, and an inner bit is fitted to the tip of an inner rod 6. The rod 6 and the pipe 1 are rotated while receiving axial impact force, and hole drilling water is fed through the axial path of the rod 6 to drill a hole. Slime containing drilled soil is discharged between the peripheral surface of the rod 6 and pipe 1 as a main discharge path, and a discharge hole 24 is closed by a blocking sheet 42 so as to impede the outflow of slime to the natural ground side. The contraflow of slime passing between the pipe 1 and a hole wall is impeded by a valve seat 41. At the time of further filling grout material, a filling pipe provided with a packer device is inserted into the pipe 1 in place of the rod 6.

    • PURPOSE:To conduct boring work and the impregnation of a grout smoothly by installing a closing sheet having strength not damaged by the pressure of boring water onto the inner circumferential surface of a casing pipe for the grout and covering a discharge opening. CONSTITUTION:In a check valve 4 composed of a discharge opening 34, a valve sheet 41 closing the inside and outside of the discharge opening and a closing sheet 42, the closing sheet 42 has strength, in which the sheet 42 is not damaged at slime discharge pressure and damaged for the first time at grout impregnation pressure higher than the slime discharge pressure at the time of boring. Boring and grout impregnation operation are conducted by using a casing pipe 2 with such a check valve 4. Consequently, the state of the closing of the discharge opening 34 is maintained by the working of the closing sheer 42 at the time of boring, thus preventing an outflow to the bedrock side of slime 5. When grout is impregnated, the closing sheet 42 is broken and the inside of the discharge opening 34 is opened when the pressure of a grout material is increased and made larger than the rupture strength of the closing sheet 142, and the grout material elastically deforms the valve sheet 41 and infiltrates into a bedrock.

The solution sprinkler has a motor-operated valve 7 adjusting the quantity of the solution carried, a flow meter 8 detecting the quantity of the solution carried, and a carrying-quantity program setting means, a detection result by the flow meter and peripheral-environment information detected by the peripheral-environment detecting means and the time elapsed after the start of the operation of the spray pump are collated during the operation of the spray pump, and the a scattering-quantity control mechanism controlling the carrying-quantity adjusting means so that the quantity of carrying follows a scattering method or the quantity of scattering set by the carrying-quantity program setting means is installed.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a positive ignition of a solid fuel and always keep an appropriate inter-layer temperature by a method wherein each of a combustion air supplying and controlling device, a heating burner automatic ignition device and a solid fuel automatic supplying device are controlled and operated under a sequence based upon the ignition temperature of the solid fuel and the temperature of self-sustained combustion. CONSTITUTION:A sequenser 18 for executing a sequence control in response to a sensing signal of a temperature sensor 16 within a fluidized bed has a micro-computer. As an applied fuel, oil cokes is used. A temperature condition is set to have three stages of lower than 750 deg.C, 800-950 deg.C, and higher than 950 deg.C. When a temperature within a fluidized bed corresponds to each of these three stages, each of a combustion air supplying and controlling device 5, a thermal medium particle heating burner automatic ignition device 7 and a solid fuel automatic supplying device 10 is controlled for its proper driving. It has a sequenser set to enable a stable fluidized bed combustion to be maintained.
