摘要： PURPOSE:To improve workability and economize construction cost by assembling a longitudinal reinforcement unit by integrally forming a plurality of inside and outside longitudinal reinforcements and iron reinforcement supporting bodies and assembling a lateral reinforcement unit similarly. Then, the longitudinal reinforcements 1 are connected with each other with the degree of freedom in the longitudinal reinforcement axis direction and the radial direction, and a longitudinal reinforcement unit A is assembled. Then, a lateral reinforcement unit B is assembled similarly from a plurality of lateral reinforcements 6 and iron reinforcement supporting body 4. The longitudinal reinforcement units A are continuously arranged in the lateral and vetical directions at the reinforcement arrangement position, and the longitudinal reinforcement unit A and the lateral reinforcement unit B are connected by crossing- arranging the lateral reinforcement 6 of the lateral reinforcement unit B and the longitudinal reinforcement 1 of the longitudinal reinforcement unit A.

CONSTITUTION:A flow down receiving vessel 1 which is formed of a water stopping ability flexible sheet and has an open part 11 in an upper part is prepared. Next a sash bar 2 is attached to an established section 4 directly under a concrete placing prearranged place, and a linear hanging member 3 is attached to an upper end part on a side opposite to the side of the established section 4 of the vessel 1. Next, the vessel 1 is arranged directly under the concrete placing prearranged place, and the sash bar 2 is fixed to an upper end part on the side of the established section 4, and the hanging member 3 attached on a side opposite to the sash bar 2 is hooked on an upper scaffold 6 or the like. Thus slag 71 and bleeding flowing down at the time of placing the concrete 7 are received into the vessel 1 to prevent them from flowing down toward the established section 4.
