摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the machinability of a sliding material without damaging its excellent slidability caused by the addition of hard particles by regulating the weight ratio and particle size of the medium hardness particle of Fe3 P, Fe3 B or the like to be dispersed into a sintered material to the ones more than those of the high hardness particles of AlN, Fe2 B, WC or the like. SOLUTION: The sliding material is the one in which, into a sintered Cu or Cu alloy matrix, high hardness particles of 1000 Hv of at least one kind selected from AlN, Al2 O3 , NiB, Fe2 B, SiC, TiC, WC and Si3 N4 and medium hardness particles of 500 to 1000 Hv of at least one kind selected from Fe3 P, Fe2 P and Fe2 B are dispersed. Furthermore, the amounts of the high hardness particles and the medium hardness particles to be added to the whole body of the sliding material are respectively regulated to 0.01 to 15 wt.% and 0.5 to 20 wt.%, and the amt. of the medium hardness-particles is made higher than that of the high hardness particles. Moreover, the average particle sizes of both are respectively regulated to 0.5 to 3 μm and 5 to 50 μm, and the particle size of the medium hardness particles is made larger than that of the high hardness particles.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide control of fretting by constituting a coating of a synthetic resin coat or the like or of combination of interposing or bonding a synthetic resin sheet, and further setting compression stress of a butt surface, when manufactured a bearing, to a specific value, in crush height. CONSTITUTION:A slide bearing 1 comprises a coating 3 applied to a peripheral surface of a back plate 2 composed of steel material and a bearing alloy 4 integrally formed in an internal peripheral surface of the back plate 2. The coating 3 is constituted by any one of interposing or bonding a synthetic resin coat, solid lubricant contained plating, rubber coat and a synthetic resin sheet. In the slide bearing 1, crush height H is provided in one of four-part butt surfaces 1A. The crush height H is set so that compression stress of the butt surface 1A, when manufactured the slide bearing, is obtained from substantially 35kgf/cm or more to less than yield stress.
