Thus a solid matter or a liquid-state soil 11 sticking to the surface 10 is transferred to the clay layer 2, then the solid matter or the liquid-state soil 11 transferred to the surface of the clay layer 2 is removed using the cleaning solution 5 and the clean surface of the clay layer 2 is recovered.
