    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the use frequency of a divider plate by using a hydraulic composition composed of an ecocement prepared by using a municipal refuse incineration ash and a sewage sludge incineration ash as raw materials and adding gypsum to enable stripping by short time steam aging. SOLUTION: The ecocement is the hydraulic composition composed of a fired material, which uses the municipal refuse incineration ash and the sewage sludge incineration ash as the raw materials and contains 10-40 wt.% C11 A7 CaCl2 , C11 A7 CaF2 and C2 S, C3 S, and gypsum. The aluminum source in the fired material originates from the incineration ash and if C11 A7 CaCl2 , C11 A7 CaF2 of an aluminum compound is less than 10 wt.%, the effective utilization of the incineration ash is decreased, and exceeding 40 wt.% is not perferable because excess hydration occurs to cause expansion. The gypsum is added by 1-30 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. fired material. A concrete product is formed by mixing 30-55 pts.wt. water per 100 pts.wt. ecocement, an aggregate and others, placing in the divider plate and steam aging preferably at 55-85 deg.C for 1.5-3 hr by heating at 10-35 deg.C/hr temp. elevating rate.
