    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic controller for a timepiece functioned without mechanical connection or electric connection between an inside and an outside of the time piece, and compactified compared with conventional one. SOLUTION: The magnetic controller for the timepiece has a sealed cylinder 3 having a closed tip inserted into an opening of the timepiece, and the other end of the cylinder is opened toward an outside. A control stem 12 is provided to be slid along an inner side of the cylinder 3. A magnet 21 is moved inside the cylinder 3 together with the stem. A person attaching the timepiece can locate the magnet selectively in three positions, by operating an end of the stem appearing from a tube 3. The first and second magnetic sensors 22, 23 having two states are arranged inside the timepiece along the sealed cylinder, and three combinations of the states of the first magnetic sensor 22 and the states of the second magnetic sensor 23 are related respectively to the three prescribed positions in the first magnet 21.
