The needle cover 11B has a pair of seat parts 153A and 155A abutting to both ends of the spring 18 for controlling the position, and is configured to release the control of the spring 18 by deforming the seat part 155A when the plunger 32 is further plunged into the syringe body after injection. The spring 18 whose control is released abuts to the syringe body 1C, whereby the needle cover 11B is energized to move the needle cover 11B to a position to house the syringe needle 100A.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten transfer time of a liquid between two chambers separated by a gasket, in a time-of-use mixing type pre-filled syringe not requiring a bypass part composed of a recessed part on an outer cylinder inner surface.SOLUTION: On a distal end of a first gasket 4 plugged to an outer cylinder and a rear end of a second gasket 5, fitting parts 12 and 13 in a non-rotator shape which complement each other are provided respectively. By not allowing both fitting parts 12 and 13 to abut and fit during storage, a drug housing space is formed between both gaskets 4 and 5, and when delivering a liquid into the drug housing space from a liquid housing space formed on the rear end side of the first gasket 4, the inner pressure of the drug housing space is prevented from becoming excessively large.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide tube used for a transnasal endoscope to help its insertion in a transnasal endoscopy.
      SOLUTION: The guide tube 1 used for a transnasal endoscope has a nearly even shape in longitudinal section. The sectional shape of the guide tube 1 comprises pluralities of ribs 11 and inwardly folding thin walls 12. The thin wall 12 that is thinner than the rib 11 connects two each radially adjacent ribs 11. This guide tube 1 reduced in diameter by inwardly folding the thin walls 12 can expand its diameter when the inwardly folded thin walls 12 develop as the transnasal endoscope 3 is inserted.
