    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film that effectively prevents generation of Newton rings compared to a conventional optical film, achieves adhesion prevention and has excellent transparent clarity and low reflection.SOLUTION: The optical film includes a random rugged profile surface on an optical film substrate, which is formed by using a UV-curable resin and transferring a rugged pattern of a mold surface, wherein a thin film comprising a low refractive index resin having a refractive index nlower than a refractive index nof the UV-curable resin is uniformly deposited to a predetermined film thickness on the random rugged profile surface as following the rugged profile. The predetermined film thickness is set to render an optical path difference between top surface reflected light and back surface reflected light of the thin film layer into m/2 times (where m is an odd number of 1, 3, 5,...) of a visible light wavelength (λ) so as to cancel the top surface reflected light with the back surface reflected light.
