    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recyclable thermoplastic elastomer composition where an electrical conductivity is imparted and workability is good.
      SOLUTION: An electro conductive thermoplastic elastomer composition is formed by dispersing a carbon nanotube to a thermoplastic elastomer material where a rubber is blended to a thermoplastic elastomer, and (a) a rubber portion of the thermoplastic elastomer material is crosslinked by a resin crosslinking agent to have compression set of 30% or less, (b) a blended amount of the rubber is in a ratio of 225 to 400 parts by weight based on the 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic elastomer and (c) the carbon nanotube has a diameter of 70 nm or less. The composition has a smooth side surface formed with the shape where graphen sheets are rounded and is such a composition that a plurality of layers composed of graphen sheets are arranged in a concentrically circular state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elastomer composition which is most suited in use for a paper feed roller, and the like, has high mechanical strengths, and is most suited in use for applications requiring the affinity with a polar substance, and to provide a paper feed roller which has good affinity with a recording liquid such as a polar water base ink, does not leave the roller marks behind in the printed part on printing and, simultaneously has a high coefficient of friction in addition to excellent durability and abrasion-resistant properties under a high load, and can maintain the high coefficient of friction. SOLUTION: The paper feed roller is molded by using, as the major raw material, the elastomer composition comprising a matrix component composed of a rubber and/or a thermoplastic elastomer, and a compatibilizer compounded therewith, and a polyamide thermoplastic resin having an average particle diameter of smaller than 1 μm being finely dispersed in the above elastomer composition and present in a mixed state of small particles having the above average particle diameter of several tens of nanometers and large particles having the above average particle diameter of several hundreds of nanometers.
