摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acid-resistant mortar material for dry spraying which is excellent in acid resistance, which reduces dust generated in spraying and decreases the rebound rate, and which is excellent in working environment, in material pumping properties, in spraying stability, in acid resistance and in compression strength and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: The acid-resistant mortar material for dry spraying includes a powder mixture containing calcium aluminate cement, slug and fine aggregate, and a polymer dispersion. The powder mixture contains 1-10 mass% of fine aggregate therein, of which the average particle size is 1.2-3.6 mm and the maximum particle size is 5 mm or more. The mass ratio of the polymer solid content/cement is 1-15 (mass%).

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a cement hardened material, the thick cement hardened material hardly causing transportation failure and being easily constructed in a construction method by spraying the kneaded product of a cement composition through compression air.SOLUTION: In the construction method, a cement composition containing a quick-setting agent is added by water and kneaded and the kneaded product is pressure-transported. The solubility of the quick-setting agent to 100 g of water at 50°C is 20-40 g, and to 100 g of water at 65°C is 50-90 g. The ure-transported kneaded product is mixed with compressed air at 65-95°C, and with the compressed air, the kneaded product is sprayed for construction.

In the fiber-reinforced cement composite material for cast molding, for 100 pts.mass of the rapid hardening cement: a content of the inorganic admixture is 30-200 pts.mass; a content of the cement admixture polymer is 1-10 pts.mass; a content of the shrinkage reducing agent is 0.5-8.0 pts.mass; and a fiber mixing ratio is 0.5-3.0 volume%.
