    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding material having excellent moldability, especially injection moldability; providing an obtained molded product, which is light but mechanically strong; having excellent insulation performance, corrosion resistance and nonmagnetization; and capable of manufacturing a molded product which can be repeatedly manufactured with excellent dimensional accuracy, even though the molded product has a complicated and irregular shape. SOLUTION: The molding material contains two kinds of non-hydraulic powder and a resin. The resin is a thermoplastic resin and/or a thermosetting resin, and a percentage of a content of the resin is 40 volume% or less to the total volume. The two kinds of non-hydraulic powder are fly ash having an average particle size of 5-50 μm, and silica fume having an average particle size of a tenth or less of that of the fly ash.       SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the hydraulic cured body includes a process of mixing a hydraulic composition and microcapsules and curing and hardening the mixture, then firing the mixture at a temperature at which the microcapsules are completely burned or volatilized or above. Also, the manufacturing method includes a molding process of molding the mixture to a prescribed shape and the prescribed shape is preferably a honeycomb shape. The method can increase the specific surface area of a hydraulic molding even if the hydraulic molding is molded under high molding pressure by using a mold of a smooth flat surface.
