    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered ore cooling device capable of simultaneously achieving recovery of exhaust heat of high temperature and high cooling efficiency, which are difficult in a conventional device. SOLUTION: This sintered ore cooling device is provided with a plurality of ventilation ducts 9 respectively disposed in a state of crossing between the inside and outside of lower portions of hoppers 6 of the sintered ore cooling device 1 to take the air inside and to guide the air to opening portions formed on central portions, and central louver portions 10 mounted on the opening portions of the ventilation ducts 9, connecting the ventilation ducts 9 adjacent to each other, and supplying the air taken in the ventilation ducts 9 to lower portions of the central portions of the hoppers 6 from between the plurality of louvers 31. The inside of the hood 18 is sucked by an air intake fan 20, thus the air is taken from inner louver portions 7, outer louver portions 8, and the ventilation ducts 9, the air is supplied from the inner louver portions 7, the outer louver portions 8 and central louver portions 10, and the air is allowed to pass from a lower part to an upper part of the sintered ore 5 accumulated on the hoppers 6 to cool the sintered ore.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem on difficulty in satisfying both of a function of preventing leakage of wind and a function of keeping performance for a long period.SOLUTION: This device 1 seals a sliding part of a lower face of a pallet carrier 2. A base plate 11 whose surface is pressed to the lower face of the pallet carrier 2, is formed into a sheet of diaphragm, and an abrasion-resistant liner 12 is attached to the surface. Vertical plate materials 13a, 13b are suspended and fixed to both sides in the carrier width direction, of a back face of the base plate 11 and a wind box end face vertical to the advancing direction. A fixed liner 16 is disposed on an inner face in parallel with the carrier advancing direction, of a wear bar support 7, a movable line 17 is disposed on an outer side of the second vertical plate material 13b suspended and fixed to both sides in the carrier width direction, of the back face of the base plate 11, and both liners 1 are fitted by recess and protrusion. Fabric members 18a, 18b are respectively attached between an inner side of the first vertical plate material 13a and a fixed plate 8 disposed at a first vertical plate material side of a wind box receiving beam 4, and between an inner side of the second vertical plate material 13b to a side face of the wear bar support. Thus, the leakage of wind can be prevented and electric power can be saved.
