    • PURPOSE:To prepare a grade cold rolled steel plate for processing having delayed ageing property and excellent processability and good surface properties, in preparing the processing grade cold rolled steel plate, by lowering contents of P, S and N in a steel plate to a large extent while, if necessary, adding a proper amount of B to said steel plate. CONSTITUTION:A continuous cast slab comprising a composition containing 0.010-0.080% C, 0.02-0.50% M, Al 780 deg.C, the hot rolled steel plate is wound up in a coil form at 200-630 deg.C. This hot rolled steel plate is cold rolled at a draft of 50% or more to form a steel plate which is, in turn, continuously annealed at 650-850 deg.C to obtain a cold rolled steel plate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nitriding treated steel in which high strength and elongation properties can be reconciled, steel for nitriding treatment which is suitable as the stock for the nitriding treated steel, and to provide a production method therefor.

    • PURPOSE: To produce uniformly and inexpensively a cold-rolled steel sheet for press working by cold rolling a coil formed by hot rolling a steel having a specific compsn. contg. N at a low solutionization ratio then cooling quickly the hot-rolled sheet and coiling the same at a low temp. then subjecting the cold rolled sheet to continuous annealing after quick heating.
      CONSTITUTION: The steel contg. 0.01W0.10wt% C, 0.002W0.40% Mn and ≤0.001% N, contg. further one or both of 0.05W0.5% Si and 0.03W0.11% P according to need and consisting of the balance Fe and unavoidable impurities is subjected to quick cooling after hot rolling and is coiled to a coil shape at an extremely low temp. of ≤300°C. The coil is thereafter cold-rolled at ≥50% draft. The cold rolled sheet is continuously annealed at 1W100°C/sec heating speed and 650W850°C soaking temp. The cold-rolled steel sheet for press working which has an adequate (r) value even with a short aging treatment and has good aging resistance, is thus obtd.
