    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and light heat exchanger having a housing portion with excellent productivity.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 comprises: a housing portion 2 comprising a tubular cooling tube portion 3, and a plate-like plate portion 20 extending from an outer periphery of the cooling tube portion 3; a heat sink portion 4 arranged at a notch opening 30 provided by cutting one part of the cooling tube portion 3; and joint portions 5 jointed to both ends in a longitudinal direction of the cooling tube portion 3. The heat sink portion 4 comprises a plate-like base portion 40 having a heating element mounting face 400, and a radiation fin portion 41 standing from a face opposite to the heating element mounting face 400 of the base portion 40. While the radiation fin portion 41 is inserted in the cooling tube portion 3, the base portion 40 and a peripheral edge of the notch opening 30 of the cooling tube portion 3 are jointed to each other. The housing portion 2 is formed by extrusion molding to integrally include the cooling tube portion 3 and the plate portion 20. At least one of the plural joint portions is formed by processing a longitudinal end of the cooling tube portion 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which is excellent in cooling performance and can easily secure an arrangement space.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 comprises: a housing part 2 having a bottom plate part 20, side wall parts 22 erected from outer peripheral edge parts of the bottom plate part 20, and central wall parts 23 provided so as to partition a space surrounded with the side wall parts 22 into a plurality of flow channel formation recessed parts 3; and heat sink parts 4 provided in the flow channel formation recessed parts 3. The heat sink parts 4 each include a base part 40 having a heat generator mounting surface 400 for mounting a heat generator thereon, and radiation fin parts 41 erected from a surface opposite from the heat generator mounting surface 400 in the base part 40, and the base part 40, the side wall parts 22 and the central wall parts 23 are connected while the radiation fin parts 41 are inserted into the flow channel formation recessed parts 3. The side wall parts 22 are provided with a refrigerant introduction inlet 5 and a refrigerant derivation outlet 50 communicated with the flow channel formation recessed parts 3. The central wall parts 23 are provided with a central recessed part 21 sunken inside from the heat generator mounting surface 400 of the heat sink parts 4.
