摘要： PURPOSE:To mechanically separate products and outer flashes in transfer-out process by constituting the metal dies of the final part with inside flash blanking devices and outside flash blanking devices and relatively moving a product gripping claw and outside flash gripping claw in the transfer-out process. CONSTITUTION:Inside flash blanking devices 18, 18' and outside flash blanking devices 19, 19' are provided to the metal dies 15', 16' of the final part in the blank feed direction. The product 24 and outside flash 13 remaining on the metal die 16' having undergone finishing process are sandwiched and dipped up by the product gripping claw 2' and outside flash conveying claw 14 provided to the feed bar and are conveyed to the chute side. In this conveying process, the feed bar and the rack shaft 8 coorperating with this relative move to turn a claw holding shaft 6, thus causing the outside flash 13 placed on the claw 14 to slip down. The product 24 sandwiched by the gripping claw 2' falls down as the sandwiching force is released at the stroke end. The divided product 24 and outside flash 13 are conveyed to desired places.

Thus, by forming oil films on joint faces 10, 11, generation of rust is prevented, good lubricating condition is provided, and wear due to relative sliding between members caused by impacts in pressing and load applied successively to juxtaposed dies can be prevented.
