    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for determining a suitable irradiation amount of laser beams in a laser treatment device for performing the medical treatment by irradiating a laser beam to an affected part.SOLUTION: A laser treatment device 100 includes: a therapeutic laser light source 10; a monitor laser light source 11; a photo detecting part 12; a control part 2; an optical system 3; an input part 4; and an output part 6. The therapeutic laser light source 10 generates therapeutic laser light. The therapeutic laser light is irradiated to an affected part of a patient's eye 1 through the optical system 3. The monitor laser light source 11 emits monitor laser light for illuminating the interior of the patient's eye 1. The photo detecting part 12 receives the monitor laser light reflected at the ocular fundus of the patient's eye 1 through the optical system 3 to detect the intensity of the reflected light. The control part 2 compares the intensity of the reflected light detected by the photo detecting part with a reference intensity. When the detected intensity reaches the reference intensity, the control part 2 determines the end of medical treatment.
