    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable tube having excellent chemical resistance, heat aging resistance, and flexibility, having no problem such as dripping during burning, and excellent in the property not having damages such as rupture even when being bent at a very low temperature (low temperature property) and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable tube is formed of a resin composition containing (A) a polyester elastomer composed of two kinds of recurring units, and (B) a ternary copolymer composed of (a) ethylene, (b) a monomer of alkyl acrylate or alkyl methacylate having 1-4C alkyl group, and (c) a carboxy group-containing monomer, and having a content of (b) of 40 wt.% or more and less than 90 wt.% with respect to the total of (a), (b) and (c), wherein a mixing ratio (weight ratio) of (A) to (B) is within the range of 40:60-95:5; (B) is dynamically cross-linked, and is finely dispersed in a matrix of (A), and (A) is cross-linked.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition, which has excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, oil resistance, and flexibility and can give a molded product with good appearance, a method for producing the thermoplastic elastomer composition, and tubes, electric wires and cables obtained by using the thermoplastic elastomer composition.
      SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition is obtained by mixing a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (A) with a mixture composition (D) consisting of an acrylic rubber (B) and an acrylic oligomer (C) having two or more double bonds in the molecule. A weight ratio (A)/(D) of the component (A) to the component (D) is from 60/40 to 90/10. In a continuous phase of the component (A), the cross-linked component (D) is dispersed. The method for producing the thermoplastic elastomer composition, and the tubes, electric wires and cables obtained by using the thermoplastic elastomer composition are also provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasket capable of developing a good sealing property without going through a heating process at high temperature, and to provide a sealing structure using the gasket.
      SOLUTION: The gasket has its surface formed of rubber or resin developing adhesiveness by curing reaction of a curing agent, and as the curing agent, at least either of (1) micro-capsules having a curing agent sealed in a sealed shell body, (2) a latent curing agent starting curing reaction by being heated to 50 to 180°C, and (3) an ultraviolet curing agent starting curing reaction by irradiation of ultraviolet rays is made contained. The sealing structure seals a case and a sealing body through the gasket, and the rubber or the resin is made to develop adhesiveness to the case and the sealing body by the curing reaction of the curing agents of (1) to (3).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is used as a material for an insulating wire used in a transmission wire harness and tubing, meets oil resistance, abrasion resistance, heat resistance, flexibility and the like, is low-cost, has a low specific density and good extrusion processability without causing any problem of production, and an insulating wire, a wire and cable, tubing, and heat-shrinkable tubing which are obtained by using this resin composition.
      SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises (A) a fluoropolymer having vinylidene fluoride as the main repeating unit, (B) an acrylic rubber, (C) silica, and (D) carbon black at a weight ratio of (A) to (B) of 40/60 to 90/10, and, based on 100 pts. weight sum of (A) and (B), the amount of (C) compounded is 10 to 40 pts. wt. and the amount of (D) compounded is 5-20 pts. wt. The insulating wire, wire and cable, tubing, and heat-shrinkable tubing are obtained by using this resin composition.
