The power circuit 30 is connected with a correction means 20 for conditioning the driving power to be supplied to the heating resistor 13.

The ejection control section 112 controls the quantity of current being fed to the heating resistor 102 based on the correction data in the ROM 115 thus controlling the ejecting direction of ink. The adhesion enhancing layer 15 is formed before the barrier layer 16 is formed and crosslinked sufficiently at least before the substrate 14 is diced.
