The front surface of a bottom wall 48 of a rear lens barrel 24 faces a storage space S. The relay wire 62 includes a first winding part in which the winding constituting the first coil 58 is separated from the first coil 58 and drawn onto a rear surface 4818 through a cutout part 4802, a second winding part in which the winding constituting the second coil 60 is separated from the second coil 60 and drawn onto the rear surface 4818 through a cutout part 4802, and a part linearly extending between the first coil 58 and the second coil 60 along the rear surface 4818 of the bottom wall 48 (connection part).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to miniaturization of the whole system, even when the number of pixels is increased, the number of lenses is increased or the outer diameter of the lens is made larger.
      SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes: a lens holding member 21 for holding a plurality of lenses; a driving coil 26 disposed outside a first cylindrical part 22, and formed to a polygonal shape as a whole; a flexible wiring board 27; and leaf springs 37 and 38 which support the lens holding member 21 movably in the optical axis direction, have conductivity and also, which are electrically connected to the flexible wiring board 27 and a power supply. The lens holding member 21, the driving coil 26 and the flexible wiring substrate 27 are integrally formed. A current is supplied to the driving coil 26 through the leaf springs 37 and 38 connected to the power supply, and through the flexible wiring substrate 27 connected to the leaf springs 37 and 38. The lens holding member 21 is driven to be displaced in the optical axis direction with action between the current supplied to the driving coil 26 and a magnetic field generated by a magnet disposed oppositely to the driving coil 26.
