SOLUTION: The information processing system 1A is equipped with a storage part 2A in which information is recorded in readable/writable manner, and a plurality of functional boards 3A connected to the storage part 2A. The functional board 3A as a transfer origin of information secures an unused region of the storage part 2A and transmits and records data and transfer destination information to the storage part 2A. Each functional board 3A connected to the storage part 2A retrieves the transfer destination information at optional timing and if the transfer destination information addressed to its own machine is recorded, the functional board receives data from the storage part 2A.
