In the inside of an attaching position partitioned by the rib 15, the metal grill 12 is fitted and its peripheral edge is abutted against the fusing sections 14 so as to fuse by a high-frequency fusing means. At disassembly, the peripheries of the fusing sections 14 can be easily cut by a nipper so as to separate from the cabinet or the frame 11.

Moreover, the positioning piece 13 of the screen frame 2 is slid on a position controlling piece 20 so as to control the fitting height of the screen frame 2. Therefore, a screen 1 can easily be fitted when the screen frame 2 fitted with the screen 1 is pressed against the engaging section 19 of the screen fitting section 4 of a cabinet 1.

Here, when the handle 24 of the moving means 21 is moved in a specific direction to shift the frame body 20, the lens 19 moves vertically at right angles to the optical axis C1 of the image formation optical system. This movement quantity is made variable to easily eliminate the Keystone distortion of the image on the screen.
