    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a callback device that can allow a request destination to make a callback to a request source without the need for transmitting information of the request source.
      SOLUTION: First a reference number issue section 10 of the callback device 7 receives a callback from a 1st user to a 2nd user and issues a reference number with respect to the accepted callback request. A reference number notice section 11 informs the request destination about the reference number. Then a callback execution section 12 receives a callback on the basis of the reference number from the 2nd user. Upon the receipt of the callback, the callback execution section 12 retrieves an identification number of the 1st user from a memory 16 on the basis of the reference number and uses the retrieved identification number to establish information communication from the 2nd user to the 1st user.

CONSTITUTION:Lattice walls 2 are provided inside a part transfer tray 1 to partition the tray into small chambers 3, and each side of the partition walls 2 constituting each chamber 3 has flange-shaped ribs No. 1 (4A) and No. 2 (4B). A cell 5 is held in a space separated with the tip surfaces of the ribs 4A and 4B to reduce risk of contact between cells during storage or transportation. The cells 5 stored can be held securely at the specified position with a small contact area. This system guarantees that the positioning accuracy of the cell 5 meets the requirements of automated lines, and that the tray is friendly to the parts contained and the parts are easier to use.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control and manage the works such as the classification of orders, the picking of goods, the packing, and the sticking of address labels, by partitioning a conveyer to convey the goods picked out from a good picking station, into plural areas where the address numbers are given, and allocating the address numbers to the ordered goods. SOLUTION: A picking conveyer 11 is partitioned to unit areas, and an address number is given to each area. The orders are allocated to the address numbers of the conveyer 11 at an addressing part 12, the goods are picked out in a good picking station 13, and the goods are arranged at the area of the allocated address number of the picking conveyer 11. To the packing material fed and assembled by a packing material feed and assembly device 32, labels on which the address, the code number, the order number, and the like are printed are published, and stuck to the specific positions of the packing materials. The goods are inserted to packing members by a good inserting device 24, and packing boxes are formed by a box manufacturing device 37.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce each exclusive space for inspection or storage, and simplify management by storing plural batteries on a tray, storing the trays on plural racks by an automatic crane to be stored, and measuring each battery by a measuring unit in this condition. CONSTITUTION:In an automatic warehouse, plural batteries 1 are contained on a tray 10. The trays NO are stored in plural racks 20. The tray 10 is stored on each rack 20 by an automatic crane 30. Each battery 1 is inspected by a measuring unit 40. In the automatic warehouse, therefore, a discharge voltage, a charge voltage, and an impedance, for example, are measured by the measuring unit 40 in the condition where the batteries 1 are contained in the tray 10, with the tray 10 stored on the rack 20. Setting in/out of the tray 10 to the rack 20 is performed automatically by the automatic crane 30. The batteries 1 can thus be inspected while they are stored, thereby each special space for inspection or storage can be reduced, with management simplified.
