SOLUTION: In a prescribed time period, an order reception slip preparation part 34 refers to a periodic purchase table 44 and a merchandise table 26 and prepares an order receipt slip. Then, a confirmation part 48 edits electronic mail, in a form of integrating the prepared order reception slip, distributes it to the user and confirms whether or not to purchase 'the wine of the month'. When the user traces a link from the electronic mail and accesses a purchase receipt part 28, the order receipt slip is shaped and presented to the user and merchandise purchases from the user is received. Then, a confirmation image for order receipt contents is presented to the user again; and when the contents are confirmed, bying and selling is established. Finally, the order receipt contents are notified to a wine dealer by a settlement part 50, and ordering and settlement processings are conducted.
