    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means protecting an entire content in a tank against contact with surrounding atmosphere, avoiding change of a substance or contamination with germs, and further easily attached to the tank. SOLUTION: The nozzle has a socket (1), a movable closing unit (2) and an elastic restoration means (3). The movable closing unit (2) has a rod (21) and an inflow valve comprised of an elastically deformable peripheral lip (23). The outer end of the rod (21) together with an ejection orifice (10) constitutes a discharge valve, and the inner end of the rod (21) supports a crossing wall (22) cooperating with the elastic restoration means (3) of the movable closing unit (2). The inflow valve is arranged within a flow passage (P) for the substance. The inner space of the socket (1) is air-tightly divided into an upstream chamber and a downstream chamber.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which can measure and distribute a product in drips in a certain direction and which can shield or catch main contaminant impurities in an opposite direction. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for measuring and distributing for liquid product wherein an upstream end 1a of an inner tube 1 is connected with a reservoir having a nozzle E equipped with the inner tube, a downstream end 1b of the inner tube is connected with an opening connecting with outside via a discharge orifice 10 and the downstream end of the inner tube includes a cap 3, the nozzle E includes a selectively porous insertion member 2 which at least partially closes the inner tube both to allow the measured product to flow outside and to allow air sucked inside to be filtered and also shields biological contaminant/ impurities. A bullet-like end 20a at an end of the insertion member inserted into the discharge orifice forms a finger 20 protruding outside, and an element for causing the cap 3 to cover the nozzle and sealably closing the discharge orifice 10 is provided.
