In the pattern, a plurality of first and second electrodes are alternately formed in a matrix shape on the same surface, where the plurality of first electrodes arrayed in a row direction are connected in the row direction by a first conductive part, the plurality of second electrodes arrayed in a column direction are connected in a column direction by a second conductive part, and the intersection parts of the respective first and second conductive parts are arranged via intermediate insulating layers.
