SOLUTION: The accessory for care comprises an attachment section attached detachably on a fence standing on the side of a bed, a flexible band section, and a shaft section connected to one end of the band section, and is stored by winding the band section around the shaft section. The accessory for care has a folding section for changing the pulling direction of the band section by folding the band section. With such a configuration, the standing position of a caregiver is always on the back side of the person to be cared even when the person to be cared is rolled over by pulling the band section.
