摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an installation for stacking products in order to package them in a box.
SOLUTION: In order to group and stack the products which are thin and rectangular solid-shaped, the products are stored and fed by means of a first feed conveyor 2, and an interval between the products is formed by means of a high-speed supply conveyor 3. By means of a multistage comb-shaped collector 4 which bestrides the supply conveyor 3, and can be movable vertically and horizontally, the products on the supply conveyor 3 are taken out and sequentially stacked in the core 5 of the collector 4. After the specified number of products are taken out, a family of the stacked products are totally pushed out of the collector 4, and transferred to a making-up device 10 for box packing as a subsequent process by the backward movement of the collector 4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for classifying a product such as, for example, a glass bottle or a glass bottle type product having an ellipse shape cross section.
SOLUTION: The method consists in collecting products (2) that arrive spaced and in line on a conveyor (1). This collection is carried out by means of a collector device (40), in the form of a comb, arranged transversally, forming an angle between 60° and 120° in relation to the advancement direction of the products (2). The collector (40) deposits and drops the collected products at a take-up station which is located on the side of the supply conveyor (1) and the collector is divided into a longitudinal movement upwards of the vial queue and a transversal movement combined with it for collecting the products.
