    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin pattern for lost wax precision casting method and this casting method with which various kinds of problems caused by the wax pattern are dissolved.
      SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the resin pattern, is contained of at least, a hardened layer forming process, in which two-liquid reaction hardening type urethane resin liquid (A) having only 1 to 3 min useable time is poured into a cavity 3 by the volume amount corresponding to 5 to 20% of the cavity 3 through a pouring hole 4 of a mold 2 for forming the resin pattern demarcating the cavity 3 having the same shape as a product and the mold 2 is rotated after sealing the pouring hole 4 to form the two-liquid reaction hardening type urethane resin hardened layer 11 in the inner wall of the mold 2, a resin pattern forming process, in which the hardened layer 11 is laminated by repeating the above hardened layer forming processes at 3 to 6 times in each 3 to 5 min to form the resin pattern 12 having the inner space 30 at the central portion, and a mold removing process, in which the resin pattern 12 is removed from the mold 2 for forming the resin pattern.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a resin composition for a pattern excellent in shape retaining properties and dewaxing properties of a wax pattern, set a dewaxing method suitable for the resin pattern, and further reinforce a mold in the low temperature range for dewaxing, in a manufacturing method for the mold for the lost wax precision casting .
      SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the mold for the lost wax precision casting is constituted as follows. A two-liquid reaction hardening type urethane resin liquid F, which is composed of a polyfunctional polyol component A, a polyfunctional polyisocyanate component B, a plasticizer C, a wax component D, and a hollow resin balloon E, is hardened. Thus, the resin pattern is formed. A primary layer composed of a plurality of refractory coating layers, in which an epoxy silicone layer is interposed in-between, and a back-up layer, which is composed of a plurality of thick film coating layers, are coated on the surface of the resin pattern. Preheating is performed to it for 2-8 hours in the low temperature range of 60-120 °C. 5-50 % by weight of the resin pattern is initially dewaxed. And, the temperature in the furnace is gradually increased. Heating is executed for 2-5 hours in the intermediate temperature range of 150-500 °C. Calcining is performed for 2-5 hours in the high temperature range of 500-1,000 °C. As a result, the mold is formed.
