By rotating the rotation body 15 in the annular frame body 13 and matching one accommodation recess part selected arbitrarily from among the plurality of accommodation recess parts 37 of the rotation body with the putting in/taking out port 19 of the annular frame body, the coated optical fiber unit can be put in/taken out of the accommodation recess part 37 selected arbitrarily. When the coated optical fiber unit is not put in/taken out, the lid 17 is closed.
