摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete surface reinforcing structure and method and a net-like reinforcement material made of a fiber-reinforced resin.SOLUTION: A plurality of sets of two vertical reinforcements 2 each of which consists of a set of two reinforcement materials 4 made of a fiber-reinforced resin arranged parallel to each other with a first distance B1 are disposed with a second distance B2 larger than the first distance B1, and a plurality of sets of two horizontal reinforcements 3 each of which consists of a set of two reinforcement materials 4 made of a fiber-reinforced resin arranged parallel to each other with a third distance B3 so as to intersect the sets of two vertical reinforcements 2 are disposed with a fourth distance B4 larger than the third distance B3, thereby obtaining a net-like reinforcement material 1 made of a fiber-reinforced resin which is integrally formed by fixing intersections of the sets of two vertical reinforcements 2 and the sets of the two horizontal reinforcements 3. The net-like reinforcement material 1 is fixed on a concrete surface by bolts or anchor bolts 12 through a spacer 16, and a mortar layer is formed so as to embed the net-like reinforcement material 1.

The leakage preventing seal material 19 has a long shape in the axial direction, having an approximately rectangular cross section. The structure of the leakage preventing seal material 19 allows for easy insertion into the joint part 18.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing a concrete channel where a repairing material has an excellent adhesiveness to not only a concrete body from which a brittle layer has been chipped but also a deteriorated or embrittled concrete, can be joined together, has less possibility of being peeled off, and is excellent in wear resistance, water shieldability, crack resistance, water passing capacity, workability, and essentially wear resistance.
SOLUTION: The method for repairing a concrete channel includes a process for applying an epoxy resin-based adhesive and a process for repairing with a polymer cement mortar, wherein after the application of an epoxy resin-based adhesive, the concrete channel is repaired with a polymer cement mortar including cement of 100 pts.mass, fine aggregate with an average particle diameter of 0.8-2.5 mm of 150-600 pts.wt., a polymer for cement mixing of 1-20 pts.mass, an expansive admixture of 1-20 pts.wt., a shrinkage-reducing agent of 0.5-10 pts.mass, long fibers of 0.1-3.0 pts.mass, and finely powdered fibers of 0.1-3.0 pts.mass.
