    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete surface reinforcing structure and method and a net-like reinforcement material made of a fiber-reinforced resin.SOLUTION: A plurality of sets of two vertical reinforcements 2 each of which consists of a set of two reinforcement materials 4 made of a fiber-reinforced resin arranged parallel to each other with a first distance B1 are disposed with a second distance B2 larger than the first distance B1, and a plurality of sets of two horizontal reinforcements 3 each of which consists of a set of two reinforcement materials 4 made of a fiber-reinforced resin arranged parallel to each other with a third distance B3 so as to intersect the sets of two vertical reinforcements 2 are disposed with a fourth distance B4 larger than the third distance B3, thereby obtaining a net-like reinforcement material 1 made of a fiber-reinforced resin which is integrally formed by fixing intersections of the sets of two vertical reinforcements 2 and the sets of the two horizontal reinforcements 3. The net-like reinforcement material 1 is fixed on a concrete surface by bolts or anchor bolts 12 through a spacer 16, and a mortar layer is formed so as to embed the net-like reinforcement material 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage preventing seal material which prevents the seal material from dropping from a joint part during application, easily achieving construction work at low cost with a reduced construction period; and a leakage preventing method using the leakage preventing seal material.SOLUTION: A joint part 18 is formed at the seam of concrete structures 17 and 17. The both wall surface parts 17a and 17a thereof are oppositely arranged. A leakage preventing seal material 19 matched to the outer shape of the joint part 18 includes a clog-like shaped cylindrical part 19A having an upper wall surface part 19a and a sponge part 19B which is inserted inside the clog-like shaped cylindrical part 19A and has an approximately vertically long rectangular cross-sectional hole 19f. The leakage preventing seal material 19 has a long shape in the axial direction, having an approximately rectangular cross section. The structure of the leakage preventing seal material 19 allows for easy insertion into the joint part 18.
