    • 【課題】ファンデーションなどを塗布する前に肌に塗布される肌用下地化粧料であって、汗や冷水ではよれたり落ちたりせず、温水でこすった場合にはクレンジングや洗顔料などの洗浄料を用いずに、メークと一緒に容易に肌から除去することができる肌用下地化粧料を提供することにある。【解決手段】肌用メークアップ化粧料を塗布する前に肌に塗布される肌用下地化粧料であって、水を含む水相を連続相とし、(a)疎水性ポリマーと、(b)多価アルコールと、(c)親水性非イオン性界面活性剤と、を含有し、(a)疎水性ポリマーは化粧料中0.5〜7質量%であって、且つ水相中に粒子として分散しており、(b)多価アルコールは(a)疎水性ポリマー1質量部に対して0.5〜5.5質量部であり、(c)親水性非イオン性界面活性剤は化粧料中1〜5質量%であることを特徴とする肌用下地化粧料。該肌用下地化粧料は、肌用メークアップ化粧料を肌から除去する際に35〜45℃の温水で肌用下地化粧料ごと除去することができる。【選択図】図1

      SOLUTION: The powder cosmetic is formulated with (a) 5-70 mass% of a fired clay mineral and (b) 3-20 mass% of a humectant exhibiting a moisture absorption as specified below. Moisture absorption: a weight change of 0.2-30% as determined by accurately weighting 5 g of the humectant (b) into a 20 ml screw tube and allowing it to stand for a whole day and night under the conditions of 37°C and 98% relative humidity.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of evaluating a decorative mode for simultaneously measuring a powder of inorganic matter contained in a decorative material and the sebum secreted from the skin being organic matter by using infrared rays in a chemometrix technique to shorten the required time. SOLUTION: The method includes a calibration model forming step (1), which irradiates a plurality of the skin regions of a plurality of subjects coated with a known decorative material with infrared rays to acquire an infrared spectrum showing the infrared absorbance of the powder in the decorative material and the infrared absorbance of sebum secreted from the skin, samples the region irradiated with infrared rays to measure the amount of sebum using gas chromatography and forms a calibration model from the infrared spectrum data obtained from the step, the amount of sebum and the amount of the powder; and a measuring step (2) different from the calibration model forming process for coating the known decorative material and calculating infrared spectrum data by irradiating the skin of the subject being a target object with infrared rays to measure the powder amount and sebum amount of the subject being the evaluation target using the calibration model. Measuring conditions of hygroscopicity are in the following: precisely weigh 5 g of the substance to be measured, put the weighed substance into a 20 ml screw tube, leave at rest for a whole day and night at 37°C and 98% relative humidity, and measure mass change. The hygroscopic substance has the mass change of ≥0.2% and ≤30%.
