    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to hold a weighty work by suction, by setting an adsorptive plate at the end of a piston rod, and connecting a vacuum producing unit which is independent of a driving gear, to an air hole which is formed on the adsorptive plate. CONSTITUTION:An adsorptive plate 9 is set at the end of a piston rod 2, an air route 5 and a pipe 8 which are connected to the adsorptive plate 9, are set in the piston rod 2 and a piston 3, and the air route 5 and the pipe 8 are connected to a vacuum producing unit 15, which is independent of a driving source with which the piston rod 2 is driven. In this way, suction becomes extremely strong, because all the ability of the vacuum producing unit 15 can be used only for sucking. Accordingly, a weighty work can be transferred as it is held by suction.
