A constituent fiber for constituting the base material layer is restricted by a joint selected from a welding joint of one constituent fiber to another constituent fiber, another welding joint of the constituent fibers while interposing a melted/solidified resin therebetween, and adhesive joint of the constituent fibers while interposing an adhesive therebetween.
