      SOLUTION: A wind power energy is converted into a rotational energy by the windmill 300, and a kinetic energy is converted into an electric power by a generator 100. An electric power generated by the generator 100 is converted and output by units 800-80n (n is an integer).     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power generation apparatus capable of starting power generation even when wind energy is low.
      SOLUTION: Windmills 300, 350 having a plurality of wings are vertically arranged to a shaft 400. More specifically, the windmill 300 is provided on an upper part of the shaft 400 and the wind mill 350 is provided on a lower part of the shaft 400. In the windmill 300, a shaft fixation part 330 is fixed to the shaft 400, windmill support pipes 310 are provided from the shaft fixation part 330 at spaces of 90 degrees and the wings 301 are provided on ends of the windmill support pipes 310. Also in the windmill 350, windmill support pipes are similarly provided at intervals of 90 degrees and the wings 302 are provided on ends of the windmill support pipes. The wings 302 of the windmill 350 provided at the lower level of the shaft 400 are respectively arranged with 45 degree offsets to the four wings 301 provided at the upper level to prevent interference with the wings 301.

      SOLUTION: Wind turbines 300, 350 having a plurality of vanes are vertically disposed with respect to a shaft 400. That is, the first wind turbine 300 is disposed to an upper part of the shaft 400, and the second wind turbine 350 is disposed to a lower part of the shaft 400. In the first wind turbine 300, a shaft fixing part 330 is fixed to the shaft 400, a wind turbine support pipes 310 are disposed to be opened from the shaft fixing part 330 at 120 degrees, and vanes 301 are disposed at the tip of the wind turbine support pipes 310. In the second wind turbine 350, the wind turbine support pipes 310 are disposed at an interval of 90 degrees from the shaft fixing part 330, and vanes 302 are disposed at the tip of the wind turbine support pipes 310. The first wind turbine 300 has a property suitable for power generation in higher in speed, i.e., higher in wind power energy than the second wind turbine 350.
