The locking rotation body of the locking device disposed at one opening/closing body is rotationally operated to rotate a striking body disposed at a shaft of the locking rotation body to thereby impart external force to one of the steel balls. The other steel ball thereby repeats vertical vibration continuously by resonant action.

      SOLUTION: The opening/closing structure such as a window or a door is attached to a frame fixed to the building so as to be freely opening/closing possible. The switching apparatus to be attached to the frame or the opening/closing subjects includes a piezoelectric generator capable of generating power. The piezoelectric generator comprises at least: a piezoelectric ceramic body which is formed in one plate shape; a cushion material for performing holding in a soft state to allow the natural vibration of the piezoelectric ceramic body to be hardly transmitted to another structure body; a base member formed of a spring material; a steel ball support elastic body fixed to the end part of the base member; and steel balls fixed to both the end parts of the steel ball support elastic body. A pressure body arranged in one of the opening/closing subjects is pressurized in closing and opening the opening/closing subjects. Accordingly, a strike body strikes one of the steel balls for a vibration and the other steel ball continuously repeats a reciprocative vibration by the resonance operation. Thus, power is generated.
