      SOLUTION: The canvas 10 is sloped down from both longitudinal ends of the tank body 1 toward the center of the tank body 1, and is sloped down from both lateral side ends of the tank body 1 toward the center axis at the bottom of the tank body 1 across almost the whole length of the tank body 1. The lateral angle of the slope of the canvas 10 is larger at the longitudinal center of the tank body 1 than at the front or rear of the center, and a suction port 4p of the discharge pipe 4 faces the center.
