摘要： PURPOSE:To enlarge the resolution and range of phase analysis by specifying the timing and order of the phase comparison of the flaw detecting signals which have their amplitude and phase modulated. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a turnover value detector 7, a zero point detector 9, phase shifters 11 and 13 for effecting the delay of (pi+phi/2), and phase shifters 12 and 14 for effecting the delay of (2pi-phi/2). Thus, the output flaw detecting signals f of an AC amplifier 4 have their envelope line g detected by its detector 6 thereby to produce the waveforms h, which rise at the maximum position and break down at the minimum position, by the turnover value detector 7. At the rise, a monostable multi-vibrator 8 is operated to grasp the maximum position. After the flaw detecting signals f are subjected only to the phase modulation by the detector 9, the detected frequency of the oscillator 1 is fed to AND circuits 19 to 22 through a phase shifter 5, shifters 11 to 14, inverters 10, 16 and 18, and AND circuits 15 and 17. Though flip-flop circuits 23, 24, 28 and 29 and AND circuits 25 to 27, moreover, the peak valve of the flaw signals in the preset phase range (theta+ or -phi/2) are obtained at the output of an analog switch 30.
