    • PURPOSE:To improve the workability of assembling by a method wherein a base plate, integral with a heat collecting body in which a heat medium is flowing, or a bottom plate of insulating body located below the base plate is connected by hinges to the side plates of four sides, which are consisting of the insulating body. CONSTITUTION:Upon the assembling of the solar heat collector, the inside plates 4 of enclosed hollow bodies are attached to the four sides of the base plate 1, integral with the heat collecting body 2 having a heat medium flow path therein, along the hinges 6 at first, and, then, the outside plates 5 of enclosed hollow bodies are bent outwardly along the hinges 7 to form a box having an opening at the upper surface thereof. Next, the bottom plate 8 of the insulating body and an upper surface plate 10, having a channel-shaped section and consisting of a transparent high density polyethylene or the like, is bent along the hinge 9 and, then, the lower surface of the base plate 1 is covered by the bottom plate 8 while the upper opening of the box is covered by the upper plate 10 bent along the hinge 11 and the side plates 3 are sealed so as to be covered. According to this method, the assembling work of the heat collector may be simplified.
