    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce hydrate slurry including only second hydrate slurry having superior performance as a heat transport medium.SOLUTION: A heat storage slurry manufacturing device 1 includes a heat storage tank 100, a cold heat source 300 having a refrigerant circuit, a heat storage heat exchanger 400, and over-cooling elimination means 200 provided between the heat storage heat exchanger 400 and heat storage tank 100.
