The melt mass flow rate of one polypropylene based resin in the plurality of polypropylene based resins is 0.2 g/10 min to 3.0 g/10 min, and the other polypropylene based resin has the melt mass flow rate exceeding 3.0 g/10 min. The resin particle is produced before melting/kneading by the mixed resin in which these polypropylene based resins are mixed, and the resin particle and the peroxy dicarbonate are melted/kneaded to perform the crosslinking. The method for manufacturing the polypropylene based modified resin is provided.
