      SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the laminated foam sheet A, a polypropylene resin is molten and kneaded to obtain a foamed polypropylene resin, while an antistatic resin composition which contains a polyolefin resin containing an ethylene-propylene random copolymer of 50-90 wt.%, a high-density polyethylene of 10-50 wt.%, and an ethylene-propylene random copolymer and/or a propylene homopolymer of 0-20 wt.%, and an antistatic agent is molten and kneaded to co-extruded foam. A cylindrical foam body composed of a cylindrical foam layer formed by foaming a foamed polypropylene resin and a cylindrical antistatic layer made of the antistatic resin composition integrally overlying the inner surface of the foam layer is manufactured and the cylindrical foam body is supplied to a mandrel, and cooled to develop the cylindrical foam body.
