    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid sealed-in type vibration-proofing device which can improve a sense of walking when a person walks on a floor, and which can enhance sound suppression performance against floor impact sound. SOLUTION: This liquid sealed-in type vibration-proofing device comprises: a first mounting member 1; a rubber elastic body 2, one end side of which is fixed to the first mounting member 1 and the other end side of which is provided with an opened recess 21; a second mounting member 3 which is fixed to the other end side of the elastic body 2; a diaphragm 4 which closes the opening of the recess 21 of the elastic body 2 so that the liquid chamber 45 with a sealed-in liquid L can be formed between the diaphragm 4 and the recess 21; and a partition member 5 which is arranged near the opening of the recess 21, so as to partition the liquid chamber 45 into a main liquid chamber 46 and an auxiliary liquid chamber 47, communicating with each other via upper and lower orifice passages 53 and 54. The upper and lower orifice passages 53 and 54 are made longer, so that attenuation can be enhanced by setting a loss factor value in the range of 1-10 on condition that a frequency domain of vibrations caused by walking on a floor is in the range of 10-30 Hz.       SOLUTION: This floor structure comprises: a floor beam 1 which is composed of one floor plan constituted as a minimum unit rectangularly assembled from longitudinal beams 1a and 1b and lateral beams 1c and 1d; a floor material 2 which is composed of a particleboard 27 and six floor panels 21-26 made of ALC and arranged on the floor beam 1 in parallel in the direction of the extension of the lateral beams 1c and 1d; and eight vibration control devices 31-38 which are arranged in two rows along positions away almost by a quarter of the length of the side, on the side of the longitudinal beam 1a, of the floor material 2 from both ends of the side by dividing the side into quarters, and which are installed in four places in such a manner that the centers of gravity are positioned almost along each of the rows. The respective vibration control devices 31-38 have ten dynamic dampers which comprises rubber elastic bodies 31b-38b as spring members, and mass members 31c-38c.
