    • PURPOSE:To obtain the burning device which can perform the long time continuous and perfect burning of a crushed tire by a method wherein fire grates are provided inside of a burning chamber from loading opening side toward inner side, a pressing device which presses a matter to be burnt into a burning chamber is provided at the front side of the loading opening. CONSTITUTION:A matter to be burnt in a storage chamber 42 is pressed forward on a fire grate 3 of a burning chamber 1 with a pressing device 4 at every fixed periods, the burning is started, then the matter is moved toward inner side of the burning chamber 1 by the pressure with the matter to be subsequently burnt. At this time, an unburnt matter falls down from the clearance of the fire grates 3 by the vibration and the like caused by the moving. When the clearance between each fire grate is widened at the inner back half part where much ash or unburnt matter remain, the falling of said ash or unburnt matter becomes easier, accordingly, the clogging is prevented. Besides, when the clearance between the fire grates at the front half part is kept at the condition which the matter to be burnt hardly fall down, the unburnt matter does not remain on the bottom part of the burning chamber 1, therefore, the sufficient burning efficiency can be achieved, also the heat generating value does not decrease.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an incinerator for used car tyres, which is adapted to automatically feed the tyres one by one to the incinerator. CONSTITUTION:A tyre-placing stand 7 is designed that tyres A can be aligned in parallel in an erecting manner, and for this reason, support frames 12, positioned at both sides of the tyre placing stand 7, are mounted to a truck 3, the tyre A being held by the supporters 12 so that the tyre A is prevented from falling down. A guide bar 14 has a notched part 15 provided in a position corresponding to a recess 11 in a cam rail 10. When a roller 9 of a tyre-placing stand 7 falls in the recess 11 to incline the tyre-placing stand 7, the tyre A rolls down from the notched part 15 in the guide bar 14.

    • PURPOSE:To supply quantitatively the crushed tire by a construction wherein the bottom of a hopper is formed with a belt conveyer, a delivery clearance is formed between the hopper side wall located at the forward moving side of the belt conveyer and the belt. CONSTITUTION:A side wall of a hopper 1 is formed to be vertical, steep inclined or inversely inclined. A belt conveyer 2 is installed to form the whole surface of the hopper 1 bottom, a clearance adjusting plate 5 is provided at the side wall of the hopper 1 located at the forward moving direction of a endless belt 3 so as to be slidable in up and down direction along the side wall. The clearance 6 is made to be adjustable, and made to form a crushed tire delivery clearance 6. The crushed tire is delivered from the delivery clearance 6 accompanied with the moving of the endless belt 3, falls into a weighing device 8 from the edge part of the endless belt 3, then falls into a supply chamber 9 after weighed to the fixed weight, and supplied into a burning chamber 10 with a pressing device 12 which is interlocked with the opening and closing of a door 11. Thereby, each nearly fixed quantity can be delivered sequentially through the delivery clearance, accordingly, the bringing of the crushed tire inside of the hopper can be prevented.
