摘要： PURPOSE:To chuck a tilted face bar for conveyance as well as to make it attachable to a structural body so easily, by installing a chuck mechanism, which is rotatably supported on a carriage and chucks an upper end of the face bar for slinging, and a tilting mechanism which tilts the slung face bar. CONSTITUTION:Moving a carriage 10, a wall member 3 is inserted into space between frames at both sides, making a frame 17 go down, then an upper end of the wall member 3 is inserted into space between keep jaws 24 and 25 of a chuck mechanism 20, and the jaw 25 is moved toward the jaw 24, thus the upper end of the wall member 3 is chucked. Next, the frame 17 is made go up, lifting the wall member 3 upward and moving the carriage 10 horizontally, and the wall member 3 is conveyed up to a housing unit 50 of an assembling line. Then, the wall member 3 is pressed by a pressing member 36 of a tilting mechanism 30, tilting the wall member 3 together with the chuck mechanism 20, whereby a lower setting piece 2b of a stud 2 is mounted on an upper plate part 53a and temporarily locked. Next, the wall member 3 is set free from the chucking, separating the chuck mechanism 20 from the wall member 3 and pressing the wall member 3 by the pressing member 36, and the upper setting piece 2a and the lower plate part 52a are superposed and completely coupled together.

摘要： PURPOSE:To effectively manufacture house units by manufacturing a frame by making use of a common production line upon manufacturing the house unit for roof arrangement and the house unit for room arrangement. CONSTITUTION:For each of a house unit 1 for first floor room arrangement, a house unit 2 for second floor room arrangement, and a house unit 3 for roof arrangement, four beams 20 are coupled via four joint boxes 10. In addition, many small-size beams 28 are coupled with longer two beams 20 therebetween, whereby the respective house unit are adapted to have plane rectangular frames 1A, 2A, and 3A. Moreover, the frames 2A, 3A are adapted to have the same size and shape. Furthermore, for the house units 1, 2, lower ends of four supports 30 are coupled with the upper surface of the joint box 10, whereby a U-shaped side shape of the whole framework can be assured.
