      SOLUTION: The image information storing system is provided with: a data input means at least including a scan button and an input column to which text information can be inputted and formed on a web browser in a terminal; an image file reading/transmitting means for reading out image data by a scanner when the scan button is depressed, adding identification ID to a created image file and transmitting the image file to a server device; a temporary document preparing means for adding the same identification ID as that added to the image file to the text information inputted to the input column when the scan button is depressed, transmitting the text information to the server device and preparing a temporary document including the text information and the identification ID in the server device; and an image information storing means for attaching the image file to the temporary document by collating the identification ID and storing the image file in the server device.
