    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a headband with uniform shape quality through a relatively simple manufacturing process.SOLUTION: When manufacturing a headband, a plurality of insulation electric wires 35-1, 35-2, 36-1 to 36-4 and a dummy wire 52 are covered with outer covering members, thereby forming a headband material 30D with the dummy wire. The headband material 30D is cut into fixed length and the dummy wire 52 is then pulled out, thereby forming a spring insertion hole. A spring wire 40 bent into a substantially heart-shaped plane form is inserted into the spring insertion hole, such that a headband material 30F with the spring wire in the substantially heart-shaped plane form is formed by a forming machine 59. The headband material 30F is set to a folding jig 70, held for a predetermined time while folding the center of the headband material 30F just at a predetermined angle in a vertical direction, and plastically deformed to form a folded portion in the center. Thus, a substantially heart-shaped stereoscopic headband with the folded portion in the center is completed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable which is extended to an arbitrary shape in use and can be used with the same feeling as a normal cable and naturally settling into a specified shape when not in use. SOLUTION: The cable 10 comprises an inner cover 14 storing conductive wire or optical fiber and formed by resin without shape-memory characteristic by heat, and an outer cover 15 coating the exterior of the inner cover in a net state and formed by resin with shape-memory characteristic by heat. The cable can be easily settled into the memorized shape by having the specified shape memorized by heating the outer cover which is covering the exterior of the inner cover in the net state. On the other hand, since the outside cover provided with the shape memory effect is only covering the exterior of the inner cover in the net state, the approximately extended shape, by extending the cable (or by the weight of the cable itself), can be maintained by the effect of the inner cover and can be used in a completely different shape from the memorized shape during normal use as it is extended.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience when used or reserved. SOLUTION: The wiring cord 1, used for an electric/acoustic conversion unit or the like for an earphone, a headphone or the like, includes a long cord body 10, and two long cord bodies 20, 30 housed in free detachment along a side face of the cord body 10. If side faces of the cord bodies 20, 30 are pressed to two insertion-coupling grooves 14-1, 14-2 formed on the side faces of the cord body 10, the cord bodies 20, 30 are insertion-coupled with the grooves 14-1, 14-2 to be housed in the cord body 10, so that a three-in-one wiring cord can be easily made. Further, if the cord bodies 20, 30 housed in the insertion-coupled grooves 14-1, 14-2 of the cord body 10 are pulled out of the insertion-coupling grooves 14-1, 14-2, the cord body 1 and the cord bodies 20, 30 can be easily separated. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, with a conventional pair of two cords with a fastener, it is hard to change the length after manufacture, and the number of components is large with complicated manufacturing processes that lead to low productivity and high cost. SOLUTION: In the parallel cord 1, a series of the first and the second cord main bodies 10-1, 10-2 are separated by a separating part 22 in a slider frame 21, if a slider 20 is made to slide in a direction of its releasing part 21b. On the contrary, if the slider 20 is made to slide in a direction of its pinching part 21a, the series of the first and the second cord bodies 10-1, 10-2 separated from each other are clamped by the pinching part 21a from an outer periphery to have a first and a second gears 15-1, 15-2 engaged with each other to be coupled. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce and lighten the cord diameter of a wiring cord. SOLUTION: The wiring cord includes a flexible reinforcement core wire 30. The reinforcement core wire 30 is formed out of one or more reinforcement fibers comprising aramid fibers, etc. In the periphery of the reinforcement core wire 30, plural sets (e.g., three sets) of insulation conductors 40 (=40-1 to 40-3) are twisted together. The respective sets of insulation conductors 40 are colored by different colors so as to be discriminated from each other, and a plurality of insulation wires 41 are twisted together to constitute them. In each insulation wire 12, its conductor includes an insulation-covered polyurethane copper wire, etc. The peripheries of the reinforcement core wire 30 and the three sets of insulation conductors 40-1 to 40-3 are covered by an insulating envelope member 50. The insulating envelope member 50 is made tubular with a nearly circular cross section and is formed of a soft synthetic resin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of low productivity and high cost due to difficulty of freely changing the length of a wiring cord after manufacture and due to complexity of manufacturing process resulting from a large number of components. SOLUTION: The wiring cord 1 has a first cord body 10 having a large diameter and having a circular cross section, and a second cord body 20 having a small diameter and having a circular cross section. The cord body 10 includes: a conductor 11; an insulator 12 covering the conductor 11; a fitting groove 13 having a generally circular cross section and formed in a portion of a side surface along the longitudinal direction of the insulator 12; and locking portions 13b and 13c having elasticity formed at a portion of the fitting groove 13. The second cord body 20 includes a conductor 21, and an insulator 22 covering the conductor 21. Pushing the cord body 20 against the locking portions 13b and 13c allows the cord body 20 to be fitted into the fitting groove 13 and housed in the cord body 10. The cord bodies 10 and 20 are separable from each other by drawing outward the cord body 20 housed in the fitting groove 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
